Incident Command Courses

Mike is often invited as a guest presenter on courses, delivering interactive content on situational awareness, human factors, sense making, understanding stakeholders and maintaining clarity, presence and focus under pressure. Mike has contributed to Level 3 Incident Commanders courses, Biosecurity response, Police Counter Terrorism response, Oil Spill response in several Australian States and New Zealand.

COACHING

Mike’s coaching of emergency services personnel assists with:
